I know this war is controversial -- yet being your president requires doing what I believe is right and accepting the consequences.
What "consequences" is he talking about here? Any idea anyone?
NOTE: you will notice that the
transcript does not render his speech problems. It reads "
the result of that war was to rid the world of a murderous dictator" when he said "
the result of that war was to rid a murder... the... the world of a murderous dictator".
