Terrible Pictures Amidst Chaos & Anarchy.

Still watching CNN, I am mesmerized by the pictures from New Orleans. It looks more like Haiti and less like a major city in the United-States. One thing is clear - the evacuation plan may have worked for most people (80%, they say) BUT not for the (mostly black) poor and the elderly. You can definitely tell that it is that segment of the population you now see on TV.
Those people are left out there, like 'pure animals' said one of them.
